Your New Neighborhood In the early 20’s, Burroughs relocated to Southern California and started writing novels. His “Tarzan of the Apes” novel became so successful in 1919 he was able to purchase a large ranch North of Los Angeles and he named it Tarzana. Residents of this community have many options for entertainment such as Lake Balboa, a recreational park with activities that include fishing, boating and jogging/walking.

Also, nestled in the mountains is the very beautiful Braemar Country Club with a 36 hole golf course, tennis, swimming and fine dining. Residents of our West Valley community can enjoy terrific shops, markets and restaurants along Ventura Boulevard. The I-405 (San Diego Freeway) and the 101 (Ventura Freeway) and the Orange Metro Line are easily accessible.
